Journaling can save your mind.

Journaling can save your mind. No, really! I mean every single word of that headline. 'cos it saved mine and I think it can save yours too if you put your mind to it.  What I mean really is - when you put down all your thoughts, good or bad, you pause for a moment to ponder where you really should put your energy. You spend some time deciding if it is even worth your energy and time. And, that my friend where lies the true power of your mind. The more you practice restrain before acting on something, the stronger and sharper your mind becomes, and of course a lot quicker. So, the challenge really is to stop, watch, think and then act (or not!). The ball really stops in your damn court and you can decide if you want to throw it down a bowling alley and knock out the target pins or just kick the damn thing out of your life (if you know what I mean.).
